SENSEI is the Energy Management Information System (EMIS) they use with customers to track and manage their energy usage.Led product development life cycle from early prototype stage to fully-realized EMIS solution and integral part of Cascade's service delivery. A SaaS offering hosted in AWS, SENSEI has won awards from Environmental Leader and Sustainable Business Oregon.

Xerox's Transaction Processing Group delivers and supports Payment Card Industry (PCI) software applications for government benefits to dozens of state and federal agencies.Managed distributed, remote (onshore and offshore) teams of software architects, leads and developers. Created improvements in software deployment and change management that led to significant increases in uptime and stability. Helped transition the software organization from waterfall to agile.

Managed a team of creative technologists building mobile products and interactive experiences. The technology department worked closely with customer teams throughout the project life cycle, delivering solutions for a diverse book of clients including the Oregon Lottery, Detroit Diesel, Freightliner Trucks, Pacific Foods and Yogi Tea.

I joined Schematic as part of the start-up effort to build the Austin, Texas office. Schematic had been bought by UK advertising conglomerate WPP and selected as the lead agency in WPPs engagement with Dell Computer as their one-stop-shop for all advertising and marketing efforts. Described by the Wall Street Journal as "one of the most ambitious projects on Madison Avenue," the global AOR deal would net over a billion dollars and demand the coordinated efforts of hundreds of staff across multiple agencies in offices all over the world.

Polycom is a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment. The Video Solutions Group designs and builds videoconferencing products and generates over 250 million in annual revenue. Established the Engineering Services department, growing a small sustaining engineering team into a dynamic hub at the intersection of Software Engineering, Quality Assurance and Customer Service. Engineering Services comprises four managers and twenty employees Austin, TX, Andover, MA and Tokyo, Japan.

Guggenheim.com, a joint venture of the Guggenheim and Hermitage Museums, was the foremost arts and culture site on the web. Won a 2002 Webby Award for Best Broadband Website.
