My primary responsibility as a Mobility Manager is to Manager and deliver coordinated transportation services to clients, including older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with lower incomes. I focus on meeting individual client needs through a wide range of transportation options and service providers. I also focus on coordinating these services and providers to achieve a more efficient transportation service delivery system. I serve as a policy coordinator, operations service broker, and customer travel navigator. I service the entire northwest region of Oklahoma.

My primary responsibility as a Victim Advocate for Wings of Hope is to be of assistance to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault for whatever their needs are. I frequently help clients file Victim protective orders (VPO). I also attend court with families and victims to be emotional support and to help guide them through the next steps. Being a victims advocate, I am required to be knowledgeable on legal processes and inform clients about their rights as victims. This position also requires skilled crisis intervention, problem-solving, and resource information. I frequently work with local sheriff departments to assist victims in a trauma-informed way. I am now embedded into different protocols for law enforcement in many ways.
