-Procure Goods Not for Resale through contract negotiations for the entire US business. -Effectively communicate and negotiate with C-suite level employees. -Manage supplier relationships throughout the duration of contracts. -Think creatively to value engineer items in accounts to enhance cost savings. -Collaborate with international portions of the Aldi business. -Routinely meet with team members to ensure deadlines are met and drive business results.

-Manage multiple locations from the ground up. -Responsibilities include: budgeting, staffing, human relations representative, store conditions maintenance, sales growth, achieving company and divisional goals. -Project work: • National Training Committee, Aldi USA- One of 10 members in Aldi USA on committee. Responsibilities include creating, editing, and testing all training related materials as well as processes for Aldi USA. Collaborate with multiple disciplines of the business such as national IT, national HR, etc. to ensure successful rollouts for Aldi USA. •National Operations Committee, Aldi USA- Responsible for proactively identifying issues on the operations side of the business and addressing them in prompt and precise manner. Investigate internal and external stakeholders that can contribute to further business development. • Facility Management Lead District Manager- Responsible for managing a committee of district managers, office staff, and interns for service related needs to 75+ stores in respective division. Scope of work includes creating contractual agreements, negotiating bids, liaison between Aldi and service providers, expense reduction, and invoicing. Also responsible for creating new projects. • District Manager/District Manager Intern Trainer- Ensure that District Managers learn how the business operates on all levels. From day-to-day store operations as a store manager through the role of a District Manager. Lend myself as a resource to those in and out of training to continue development of their role and careers. During summers, interns will get an abbreviated version of this process as well as work on a project. Additional responsibilities for this include facilitating completion of project and assessing interns ability to add value to Aldi USA as a District Manager.

Assist the Vice Chair with tasks that arise throughout the 65 committees he is responsible for. Over 20,000 members in more than 100 countries align to the 65 committees, which comprises the International Law Section of the American Bar Association.
