Scope of work includes creating contractual agreements, negotiating bids, liaison between Aldi and service providers, expense reduction, and invoicing. Also responsible for creating new projects. • District Manager/District Manager Intern Trainer- Ensure that District Managers learn how the business operates on all levels. From day-to-day store operations as a store manager through the role of a District Manager. Lend myself as a resource to those in and out of training to continue development of their role and careers. During summers, interns will get an abbreviated version of this process as well as work on a project. Additional responsibilities for this include facilitating completion of project and assessing interns ability to add value to Aldi USA as a District Manager.
