As a Business Architect, I am able to assist a variety of Front, Middle, and Back Office projects by:- Applying a structured architectural strategy and methodology to support Business Domains, Platforms, and Technology based upon a deep understanding of the current marketplace and help to enable and realize Highmark's strategic initiatives and goals- Developing end-to-end solutions to help business owners (internal and external) frame out the projects scope, understand cross-functional impacts, and have a "spring board" to help develop business requirements and detailed budget estimates- Developing enterprise-wide, corporation independent solutions that are reusable both internal to Highmark, but also external Vendors and Clients, that support the strategy of Highmark and the individual team and enable the operational teams ability to successfully support the project- Supporting the growing engagement of the Business Architecture domain within Highmark and help to define and align our work products and project support to align with our teams goals and ensure they align with Highmark's corporate goals- Develop reusable products for our team to successfully navigate a large corporation and easily create solution products. Examples include: Business Architecture Visio Stencils with built-in corporate domain functionality, various Excel Dashboards (Proposal Estimates, Project Estimation, etc.), and other Visio / PowerPoint / Excel templates, diagrams, etc.

Consulted at two large corporations: Comcast and BCBS Healthcare CompanyComcast:Enhancement Project Lead – Led multiple product offer releases to market with responsibilities including: 1) Advisement Board with Corporate Senior Management to develop offer details; 2) Work with Marketing to develop go to market strategy and products; 3) Assist team in development of business requirements needed to build offers into all billing systems (Corporate and local Division development); and 4) Lead a test team of 6 people to complete a full release schedule development and test cases, plans, and scripts.Divisional Call Center Consultant – Led the launch of multiple call centers to support new product offerings. Developed and conducted CSR training, consulted with division / local IT support to setup proper IT infrastructure, and developed a reporting and CSR data analysis tool used to quantify the success of product launches and on-going CSR successes.Program Finance Lead – Generated all Invoices submitted to the client and developed Invoice / Purchase Order Dashboard to track the various aspects of our spending including: Team by Team Analysis and Breakdown, Expense Type Analysis and Yearly Forecasting / Budgeting.BCBS Healthcare Company:Technical Analyst / Defect Coordinator – Responsible for testing defects and their fixes, UAT, and production roll-out / support. Additionally, moved to be responsible for Big Data analysis of thousands of products and recommendations to senior leadership regarding continuation of product support.
