Leading strategic initiatives to amplify Play for Dignity’s mission of advancing human rights through sport, physical activity, and play. This role encompasses:*Public Engagement: Developing and executing innovative communications strategies to increase awareness, foster partnerships, and mobilize support for systems change.*Fundraising & Partnerships: Securing sustainable funding through grants, sponsorships, and donor relationships while cultivating collaborations with key stakeholders and community organizations.*Operational Excellence: Optimizing organizational processes, digital infrastructure, and data management to enhance stakeholder engagement and effectiveness.*Movement Building: Driving a rights-based approach to sport, leveraging the power of play to promote equity, inclusion, and social change in Canada and beyond.
