During my time on this project, I worked with the City of Cedar Rapids Purchasing Department to coordinate issuance of all bid packages for both Construction and Furniture/Fixtures/Equipment purchases on multiple concurrent construction projects, taking care to make sure that each bid package was in compliance with State bidding laws. I conducted regular correspondence with FF&E vendors to ensure timely delivery of product and coordinated the processing of Contractor Change Orders with the Owner. I was responsible for reviewing Contractor & Vendor invoices for clerical and contractual accuracy prior to submission to the Owner. I was also responsible for recording & issuing meeting minutes for multiple concurrent construction projects and drafting and issuing status reports/ correspondence to the Owner, Stakeholders, and Community.
