About Chris Crabtree

With over 24 years of experience in commercial real estate, I am a trusted advisor for corporations and investors who need professional guidance in buying, selling, and leasing space across the US. I am a licensed commercial real estate broker in both California and Idaho. I founded Tree Commercial Real Estate in Boise Idaho where I'm focused on investments and retail properties. In addition, I have retained my CA license where I am a principal at Lee & Associates, one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial real estate firms in the nation, I leverage my market knowledge, financial analysis, and relationship building skills to deliver optimal solutions for my clients.I am also passionate about innovation and technology in the commercial real estate industry. I co-founded Broker2Broker, a new app that enables brokers to trade and track lease and sale comps, as well as their own deals, in a more efficient and collaborative way. I believe that by harnessing the power of data and software, brokers can enhance their productivity, performance, and professionalism.
