• Lead the hardware sales engineer (SE) team• Provide mentorship to Curvature engineering staff• Work with the supply chain group to identify best-fit products for the Curvature customer base• Work with sales management to train the sales staff in our hardware offerings and target those offerings to the right customer• Keep up to date with trends in the IT infrastructure industry and how our customers see those trends, then use this information to direct future product offerings

• Represent Curvature from a technical capacity in front of customers and in the media• Provide mentorship to Curvature engineering staff• Work with Curvature Account Executives, SEs and Professional Services teams to develop and present customer-focused hardware and maintenance solutions• Provide consultation to Curvature management about technology trends and vendor-specific developments

• Provide technical consultation to Curvature customers to ensure proper equipment selection and guide the customer to Curvature-focused products• Provide technical training to Curvature sales staff to prepare them for new products from Cisco and Curvature’s OEM partners• Transfer technical knowledge to Curvature Operations to develop and improve testing capabilities.
