This includes the proposal, design, implementation, and final field system acceptance and optimization. Work in a multidisciplinary environment consisting of engineers, sales, project managers, technicians, suppliers and 3rd party vendors to propose, design, implement, sustain, and support complex voice and data communication systems for State and Local Government Public Safety. These systems include subscribers, dispatch centers, mobile radio infrastructure including digital networks, data systems, data applications, WLAN systems, and backhaul networks including Ethernet and T1, Fiber and Microwave. Utilized specialized and proprietary software tools to conduct RF coverage analysis, microwave link analysis, and to build equipment lists. Involved in overall system design using internal and external technologies to provide comprehensive and unified customer solutions.Designed and implemented a visual inventory software tool for Motorola communications networks. Created a web site accessible through the intranet which ties into a SQL database on the back end. User can then perform various tasks, such as manually adding new sites to the database through a web form, or importing .csv files with site or microwave link information that are then automatically entered. The site generated a Google Earth file that showed the location of sites and microwave hops, as well as streaming the FCC's database of registered radio towers. The development of this tool involved using T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, VB, and IIS, among others.
