- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns for the LATAM region;- Development and execution of brand and communication strategies for new products;- Management of cross-functional projects and client deliveries at proprietary events;- Analysis of local trends and user needs to create strategies;- Approval of media plans, event production, development of in-app strategies and end-to-end project management;- Managing campaign budgets, payment processes and contracts with partners/agencies.- Support in implementing new systems, tools and processes to optimize the team's operations.Projects: TikTok Awards Brazil & Mexico (2021-24), Rock in Rio & The Town, Vidcon Mexico, Rosalia TikTok Live, Corona Capital, Jão no Anhangabaú and TikTok Top 10.

Global Marketing Intern - LATAM (Music & Creator) in TikTok's first internship program in Brazil.- Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns: creating briefings for partners and advertising agencies;- Helping to manage campaign budgets, payment processes and contracts with key partners, such as agencies/freelancers/production agencies, etc;- Evaluating and presenting the results of marketing initiatives.
