CCS was started in 2012 by three people familiar with the flaws in the providers of portable secondary containment berms. Poor customer service, outrageous pricing, as well as incompetent products lead us to believe there was room for a company like ours in the oil industry. We here at CCS designed our own patent pending products that have stood the test of time whether its for secondary containment of tank batteries in environmentally sensitive areas or under a growler or mixer truck on a frac job.
