In New Product Introduction process (NPI) – Production lines transfers (5)• Current production information available analysis (Bill of material, drawings, CAD files, process instruction, checklist).• Validation between available information (BOM, Drawings, CAD files) versus physical sample, reverse engineering.• Define standard time.• Define cycle time with takt time.• Develop process at a glance sheet to identify process flow diagram, process method, materials flow, poke-yokes, quality check, tooling, fixtures, machines and documentation records required.• Develop process documentation (Process instruction, visual aids, FMEA, checklist and route sheet).• Set up systems for BOM, incoming inspection instruction and assembly traceability.• Confirm standard time, materials flows, process flow, systems, process instruction and tooling in engineering build.Out new product introduction – support to established production lines (2)• Control change management • Coordinate all activities related with the implementation of Engineering Changes with Production Planning, Buyers, Production, Customer Service, Quality, Design and Engineering. • Be the liaison between customer and the ECO Process.• Confirm that urgent change is properly quarantined and scrapped. • Tracking localization process to complete First Article Inspection Report.
