*Effectively coach and develop direct reports to strengthen performance and further career development while meeting both branch and corporate goals.* Accountable for all phases of personnel management of the platform area. Including interviewing/hiring, coaching, training, conducting performance evaluations, career development and ensuring accountability for overall performance. * Monitor and analyze performance to recognize trends, maximize performance and exceed member expectations.* Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives to look for opportunities to reduce expenses, enhance revenue, create efficient processes and improve operations.

* Effectively coach and develop direct reports to further individual careers and grow branch business. *Manage daily teller operations and support organizational and branch initiatives. * Establish clear expectations for teller staff to deliver high quality service.* Evaluate staff performance through observations, creating development plans, coaching, conducting performance evaluations, career development, and analyzing performance growth/trending.* Accountable for all phases of personnel management including but not limited to daily operations, managing branch cash, scheduling, compliance, branch balancing, interviewing/ hiring process and training.* Participate on Credit Union teams, projects and strategic initiatives to look for opportunities to reduce expenses, enhance revenue, create efficient processes and improve operations.
