Cameron’s practice focuses on international arbitration, engineering and construction. Cameron has acted as counsel in numerous domestic and international arbitrations under the ICC, LCIA and DIAC arbitration rules as well as UNCITRAL ad-hoc arbitrations. He has also advised clients in relation to expert determinations, dispute adjudication boards, adjudications and mediations. Cameron’s cases have included complex engineering and construction related issues associated with rail, road, port and sports infrastructure projects, airports, process plants, oil and gas facilities, as well as power and water plants. For example, Cameron has represented a government authority in connection with an ICC arbitration involving an airport in the Middle East, a major international oil company in a US$ multi-million dollar LCIA arbitration concerning the defective and delayed construction of a petrochemical plant, and an employer in a dispute concerning defective works and design as well as delays associated with the construction of a direct reduction plant in the Middle East.
