Contracted Project: United States Agency for International Development (USAID)Project Synopsis: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) maintains Missions in U.S Embassies across the globe. USAID rolled out a multi-million-dollar enterprise project data collection tool called Development Information Solution (DIS) for each Mission, but the initiative was in danger of failing due to lack of proper training.- Led Insight team in the creation of the formal training program that would offer asynchronous and synchronous sessions (trainings offered person to person, virtual, live-virtual)- Successfully supported paradigm shift to embrace virtual training by developing process linkages to address gaps between the instructional practices and the goals of the DIS program- Performed strength, weakness, opportunity, & threat (SWOT) analysis on initial curriculum and completed quality control checks on all instructional designers’ (ISDs) learning materials

Contracted Project: Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)Project Synopsis: TPGS was at risk of losing contract with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) due to sub-standard training. Was one of two ISDs selected to redesign and ramp up new training programs. - Successfully launched a technical training curriculum for more than 200 HRSA users and TPGS contract was renewed with HRSA Analyzed instructional content for the purpose of redesigning and repurposing materials to broaden intended training audiences Segmented large course load into micro lessons that had a much higher success rate within completion and retention - Technical training focused on use of Electronic Handbooks (EHBs) to assist in grant management processing- Provided on-site support for HRSA Project Officers (POs) and Program Quality Control Reviewers (PQCs)- Assisted users in completing grant management tasks and following statutory grant management procedures- Provided Tier 2 grant management support services to internal users and external grantees- Ad hoc grant management training materials and in-person training sessions provided to POs and Senior Level Administrators as requested- In addition to custom content creation, would train 15 to 20 users two to four times per week- Lessons and courses were developed in compliance with 508 standards
