Proud to serve on the executive team leading the exponential growth of today’s “Printing United Alliance,” a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization. In the past few years, we have executed the mergers of NAPCO Media w/SGIA, Printing Industries of America (PIA) w/SGIA, Idealliance w/ Printing United Alliance, and Brand Chain / PERF also w/Printing United Alliance. Today, I lead the Expo and Media teams, including both our sales teams for advertising, research, and events. This amazing group supports our supplier and printer audiences across all printing segments; Apparel, Industrial, Commercial, In-plant, Labels & Packaging, and Wide-format.

In this role, we grew our community-building mission by expanding and harmonizing the firm’s media brands; Printing Impressions, In-Plant Impressions, Packaging Impressions, The Journal, and Wide-Format Impressions. In this process, we modernized the most comprehensive Editorial, Media, and Research teams in the printing and packaging industry.

Joined the firm to help lead the growth of their Printing, Packaging, and Publishing Group. For many years, NAPCO Media was my go-to counsel for developing and distributing the highest level of relevant and valuable content. Together, we formulated and built the PRINTING United Expo together with the Specialty Graphics Imaging Association.

Working with the entrepreneurial start-up gave me a great opportunity to learn more about their emerging technology and understand it's potential. I had the pleasure of working with top industry talent in Israel, as well as top industry printers and converters in the USA.

I was afforded the opportunity to manage the national Label team for HP Indigo’s L&P Division in North America. It was amazing to lead one the finest teams in the Industry whose pace, determination, and success were evident by their #1 market share position in their field. Collectively, we exceeded expectations in both hardware and supplies sales while accelerating unit placements into both mature and emerging vertical markets.

Privileged to tend to the North American divisional needs of HP Indigo's worldwide top tier accounts in all aspects of our support to those clients; including business strategy, technology sales, service, and sales training.

As part of the HP Indigo and High-Speed Inkjet Financial analysts team, I supported pre- & post-sales financial analysis of our customers’ production environments (General Commercial, Label, Flexible Packaging, Folding Carton, & Publishing). Together we would quantify how HP’s product and workflow solutions impact their operations; both financially and operationally (throughput optimization, cost reduction, TCO, ROI/payback).

We brought the outdoor beach and lawn & garden experiences to life under the Danish brand SCHOU (s-ko), UK brand Jamie Oliver, and the iconic USA brand Margaritaville Outdoor. It was here I had the pleasure to work directly in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh) and China (Hangzhou, Ningbo, Guangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou, and Dongguan). In April, 2012 the company successfully executed a purchase agreement with the firm, RIO Brands, backed by their majority shareholder, Guardian Capital Partners based in suburban Philadelphia.

Entrusted to execute their internal, public, and trade communications in the USA, their largest market at the time.

Initiated B2B brand management and tactical planning used by international distribution partners of Heidelberg, Kodak, NexPress, Canon, and Danka sales and service units worldwide. Managed all creative efforts of both internal staff and external agencies to develop material needs. Managed an international team residing in both the United States and Germany.

Embarked on a two-year trainee program with exposure to the company’s global infrastructures in sales, marketing, service, finance, and administration. Earned a reputation as a valuable and tireless contributor, being rewarded with projects and promotions all over the globe.
