Senior air traffic authority responsible for the safety, efficiency, and compliance for 13 airports through training, development, and policy. Accomplishments:- Utilized consultative skills and harnessed relationships to aggressively oversee the organization’s largest quality assurance program external audit. The unit garnered 10 individual and 3 team awards, and 3 special recognitions from the auditors.- Created and led the “CanDo!” Academy, a team of 12 members that developed 15 courses for 2,400 wing personnel. Sought cost-effective industry trends for electronic systems and training software to virtually deliver flexible option for professional development to 109 Airmen during the COVID pandemic.

Conducted 18 development sessions through effective storytelling. Initiatives resolved 8 personnel issues and inspired innovations worth over $400,000.- Developed 3 professional development workshops for new senior leaders. Showcased presentation skills by delivering training classes on effective empowerment practices and leadership in action for 178 participants.

Chievres Air Base, Belgium

Senior operations director for an operationally tasked NATO airfield. Led 72 cross-functional personnel and a $636,000 budget. Planned, programmed, and provided consultation with functional managers. As the air traffic authority, led 7 controllers to support 2,200 distinguished visitor operations.Accomplishments:- Strategically managed a 10K sq ft hangar space allocation to NATO Special Operations Forces (SOF), overseeing SOPs and securing $4.2M worth of assets. This effort resulted in a $1M annual cost savings for NATO Special Operations Headquarters (NSHQ).- Utilized relationship building skills to influence integration of the organization with the Army garrison and host nation fire department. Coordinated airfield training and performed time trial response. Cut 20 minutes off the host nation fire department response capabilities to the garrison.

I am transitioning from the military and utilizing Allegiant Vet’s SkillBridge Program to assist me in this endeavor. With the HR specialization learning track, this program has equipped me with conceptual knowledge of general and specialist HR functions. This program has also give me access to learn and discover new and innovative ideas within the Instructional Design field as I embark toward a career within Learning Development.
