Service Delivery (Operations) Supervisor
- Live operations; managing a team of 45-50 frontline staff members ; 13 daily domestic routes ensuring the delivery of the high standard of customer service promised to the 50K+ domestic customers in Dublin - HR Duties; recruitment, annual appraisals & salary reviews, liaising with recruitment agencies , disciplinary hearings, conflict management, training of new office staff members , daily staff Rota for routes.- Route planning & optimisation - Financial / Budget management - Ensuring health & safety guidelines and RSA guidelines are adhered to by crews .- Liaising with different in house departments daily ; Fleet maintenance, Finance , Customer Centre. - Liaising with county councils on complaints
