After earning her BBA degree in Marketing, Ms. Armstrong began her career at Armstrong Forensic Laboratory as their Account Manager. As a multi-disciplinary chemistry laboratory, she was responsible for managing current and prospective clients who required a spectrum of different chemical analyses including product testing, industrial hygiene, environmental testing, drug analysis, fuel and oil testing, and fire debris analysis. She took a special interest in servicing fire investigators and insurance adjusters, including SIU. In 2017, Ms. Armstrong earned the Evidence Collection Technician designation through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) and delivered numerous continuing education presentations to adjusters and investigators on proper evidence collection and handling techniques, fuel and oil analysis, and fire debris analysis.Later in 2017, Ms. Armstrong took on the role of Director of Marketing & Business Development at UBSE, a Forensic Investigations and Design Engineering firm. Her main role at UBSE is selling and providing Engineering and Investigative services to the commercial property insurance industry. She is responsible for creating and implementing the new and current marketing distribution strategy for UBSE. With this new strategy in place, she is able to increase sales pipeline production. She is responsible for keeping a robust directory of key insurance industry members, and attends conferences, meetings, and events as the company representative for UBSE. During her time at UBSE, she has a proven record of reviving their existing client base and acquiring new business across their coverage states. UBSE has seen a sharp increase in revenue year over year as a direct result of her marketing efforts. Her experience and exposure in the industry extends beyond the claims world, making her a unique and valuable business asset in this role. She continues to generate new leads and nurture existing clients/accounts including property claims adjusters/executives, third party administrators, attorneys, property managers, realty companies, restoration companies, risk managers, underwriters and brokers. Ms. Armstrong’s marketing experience includes with emphasis in the Dallas, Houston, Denver, and Oklahoma City markets, and extends into Atlanta and London.
