Led 10-person Individual Giving team; responsible for $7M CBS annual fund, gifts up to $250K, solicitation marketing, and affinity program fundraising.

Led the turnaround and growth of an amazing college access and success organization that supports the Urban Assembly School for Law & Justice, a law-themed public high school located in downtown Brooklyn. Org. services include: SAT prep, college tours, financial aid counseling, essay feedback, mentoring, study abroad opportunities, internships, networking with seasoned professionals, after-school learning academies, and career site visits. Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, we quickly pivoted from an in-person to virtual fundraiser in June 2020, raising approximately $400K in support of our work (40%+ increase over the prior year). In 2021, while transitioning into my next role, I created the process and led the search for the successor Executive Director and teed up their June 2021 fundraiser which raised over $700K.
