Daily, I lead our Customer Success team (Project Management and Customer Support), along with our financial reporting.

Munich Area, Germany

As Marketing Director, I helped Bottlebooks build the early community of wine industry users. We were able to effectively use a combination of traditional B to B sales, performance marketing, content marketing and a hub-and-spoke internal request system. We ran campaigns and drove interest through Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Adroll, Adwords, Events, Mailchimp and more. Our key users now include 9 out of the ten top producers, 6 major retailers, 6 country associations, and the largest event in the industry.
