I have spent nearly twenty years collecting and analyzing information. Early on, I used a landline and paper questionnaires to uncover B2B opportunities. I then switched to a consumer-centric B2C role, where I developed and managed CATI surveys and programmed online surveys using a well-known platform. My next opportunity was in blending art and science to assist fragrance developers leverage consumer feedback to create the fragrances that you smell in many of the products you buy.In my current role, things have come full circle.
