• Response to Instruction and Intervention Specialist, primarily tier II students
• Teach 45 minute intensive literacy sessions in grades 1-5, four days per week
• Provide tier III student support, three days per week
• Instruct students using various programs: Strategic Intervention, Rewards, Sonday, Five Minute Solution, Peer Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS), and Read Naturally

• Maintain normal classroom atmosphere by adhering to all procedures and classroom disciplinary rules
• Collaborate with grade level partners when necessary to provide appropriate instruction
• Remain ‘on-call’ for last-minute absent teachers, whenever possible
