Managed a team of staff and volunteers in the running of community development programs for children and youth in the Public Housing Estates in the City of Yarra. This involved volunteer recruitment, grant writing, fundraising, building community partnerships, organising events, developing and improving programs, evaluation and analysis, and supervision meetings.

Conducted presentations to school students on body image, identity, relationships, character, community and social isolation.

Assisted in updating Geoscience Australia’s education resources. Liaised with people in each division to provide them with information on how to update 15 educational booklets. Utilised project management, communication, negotiation, strategic planning, time management and prioritising, data storage and problem solving skills in order to meet the strict deadline of the project. Provided monthly progress reports. Was an active member in the Social Club creating a Wednesday soccer tournament and assistsed in organising the Christmas party.
