• Directs, oversees, and manages the Foundation’s scholarship, awards, and research programs. • Manages the promotion and marketing of the Foundation’s programs, as well as overall brand through newsletters, website, social media, publications, and other outlets. • Coordinates closely with the executive director to plan and implement development initiatives, events, and donor activities, particularly as it relates to featuring Foundation programs to make a case for support. • Serves as a lead contributor to the long-term strategic plan and expected outcomes related to the Foundation’s scholarship, awards, and research programs. • Carries out all activities related to program work, including but not limited to application review, donor content/materials, meeting planning, website/social media content, marketing and promotional materials, and new program development. • Manages scholarship program application processes, including being available to applicants and faculty for questions, scoring applications, follow up surveys, and arranging recipient interviews and meetings.• Researches and maintains benchmarking data related to comparable foundation program activities and populations targets. • Supports the program work of the Foundation board of directors and committees by preparing and disseminating materials, applications, board packets, meeting minutes and notices, and other activities as assigned by the executive director. • Serves as the liaison on incoming inquiries and feedback for the Foundation from AGC members, staff, Chapters and students, schools, and the public.• Maintains the Foundation’s website content related to fundraising and development activities. • Staffs program committees and task forces, produces related reports for board meetings, and develop and monitors related budgets in collaboration with executive director.
