I am the founder and CEO of Retain International, an investments and logistics business based in the UK and Malta.I was the founder and CEO/Director at Dunstan Thomas (DT), since 1986. Over the past 4 decades I have been delivering software solutions across industry and over the last three decades, in the retirement and the savings market. DT was acquired by the Curtis Banks Group in 2020 and acquired by Nucleus in 2023.I left DT February 2024.I am a director of Spire Financial Services and Spire Platform Solutions, companies delivering product development innovation in the retirement market.I am the founder of Singing Gorilla Projects a not for profit organisation delivering community based projects in Uganda, that give people choices so that they can enrich their own lives and improve the welfare of their communities in a creative and sustainable manner. Singing Gorilla Projects builds schools, hospitals, implements water capture systems, solar power systems and runs community projects including a music school and vocational training facility for woman called Empower Her.
