.• Working as part of the application integration team, manage and oversee the implementation and upgrades for all Radiology, Cardiology and HIM systems at North Shore Medical Center.• Work closely with department Managers and System Administrators on new project initiation requests to obtain approvals from the IS Management team. Once approved, work with vendors and project teams to successfully plan, organize and implement the system into NSMC infrastructure.• Develop and host Radiology, Cardiology, and HIM weekly council meetings with management to review the ongoing projects and upcoming initiatives to keep all projects on time and apprised of all future requests for IT management.• Work closely on the scope and organization readiness for the new EPIC Hospital Information system including; Creation of Development infrastructure, Integrated Testing through test scripts for all Radiology system reporting back to the EPIC Radiant team with results. Also trained on the EPIC Radiant suite for supporting the system at GO-live.• Also, trained and support the Mckesson Radiology Horizon PACS as a PACS Administrator as well as maintaining my role as a BTC.

Continuing to working as part of the application integration team as Radiology Applications lead assigned as the North Shore Medical Epic Radiant team lead. Also, supporting the NSMC Radiology Mckesson PACS and HIM applications. Duties include, project management, upgrades, enhancements, and daily support and oncall.

• Support all aspects of Information Technology for the Cardiology Department at North Shore Medical Center (Salem, Union) including; Electro Physiology, Catherization Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac OR.• Systems supported included; AGFA - Heart Labs, Cardiac mini PACS (Picture Archiving Communication System), WITT Biomedical (Patient Care Monitors), Philips Xper Cardio-flex (Patient Care Monitoring), Medtronic PaceArt (Medical Device Interrogating System), AXIS, Philips Tracemaster (EKG). Support includes; the maintenance and upgrades of servers and workstations, configuration of new devices in the network, along with application support for end users.• Designed corporate intranet sites for several departments in Cardiology.

• Act under the supervision of the Corporate Manager for Multi-Disciplinary PACS in assisting with the implementation, rollout and maintenance of complex, large-scale PACS Enterprise-wide imaging systems.• Work with users and management in the analysis of workflow and process as it relates to imaging and informatics in healthcare.• Participates in all phases of vendor software evaluation, analysis, testing, implementation and upgrades.• Monitor PACS KinetDx and IMPAX servers on a daily basis and work with vendors to fix any needed problems. • Work in dual roles as an Applications Architect and Sales Consultant. • As the first Applications Architect for the company, completely overhauled the website from scratch making it an effective marketing tool. Maintain the site on a regular basis as new products are developed. Developed and incorporated cutting edge ideas used as on-line tools for sales reps and customers, such as customized on-line jacket and uniform design developed with flash technology.• In the Sales Consultant role, maintained and expanded territory sales from $350k/year to $500k/year. Territory consists of private and public schools in Massachusetts and N.H. along with several corporate accounts.• Was named sales consultant of the month throughout the year for exceeding sales quota and having the highest sales volume among all reps in the company.

• A member of the IS - Clinical Systems management team, primary responsibilities included managing the day-to-day production support and new development activities for Massachusetts General Hospital. Systems supported included:• Patient Care Information System (PCIS) for outpatient registration.• Obstetric Electronic Medical Records.• Endoscopy applications. • Met with end-users to define their needs, understanding departmental operations, prepare functional requirements, and working with programmers/developers, testing software, and supporting implementation of developed systems.• Provided direct customer support on an on-going basis, and worked on individual tasks and special projects. Worked closely with end-users to define business needs and to develop alternative solutions (automated or manual), and provide appropriate feedback.

• Interacted on a daily basis with project managers and marketing team, to design the information architecture for CCBN financial products and web based marketing campaigns.• Worked with project managers developing specs for new products and feature enhancements on current products.• Followed and developed flow charts and use cases in pre-development stages.
