My role as a coach is connected with three decades of serving as a U.S. Marine and retiring as a Sergeant Major having advised up to and including the general officer level. The 12 years I spent in the corporate world have refined my desire to serve as a coach/advisor; there is much to share. Showing others how to develop a sixth sense, seeing around corners, and hearing what is not being said requires patience and is an art. Listening to the right people in an organization (regardless of organizational size and regardless of title) will cure many challenges. To whom are you listening and how are you communicating? Let's talk...As a current FAA licensed Part-107 drone pilot, I have experience in flying post-catastrophe damage for a commercial entity along with flying in support of local, state, and federal authorities at various catastrophe sites in Florida, Texas, and Louisiana.I have also worked with builders and general contractors (commercial and residential) adding value to the various projects they are executing for their clients. Homeowners for residential properties will find significant value with the ongoing aerial photography of their build particularly when the homeowner is located out of town from their build. Attached are a few pictures as an example.I look forward to hearing from you.
