I have been an executive coach and leadership facilitator since 2007, and use a systemic approach to embodied growth to support senior leaders and executive leadership teams to be more consistently Self-led and in aligned action. My work with clients moves quickly to root cause, in a way that supports lasting transformation rather than simple skill-building. It incorporates mindfulness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, embodiment practices, and Positive Neuroplasticity. I am also available to support preparation for and integration of psychedelic experiences for ongoing clients.
