• Board of Directors Liaison: Take meeting minutes, compile board book, work with Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director to develop agenda, post meeting action items• Database management: Create, run reports, import/export data, data entry, provide website support and social media outreach (YourMembership; Expocad; Twitter) • Membership communication: Surveying members for concerns and suggestions, potential new member outreach, processing over 40 new members applications per year• Financial Management: Processing and invoicing membership dues of 300 plus members; preparing monthly deposit schedules for accounting team• Convention/Event management: Register over 300 exhibitors and over 2500 attendees for annual international tradeshow, provide bilingual services to Spanish speakers, manage over 12 volunteers
