Race to the Top Principal Award: Top performing middle school for increasing student-academic achievement • Florida Department of Education: Just Read, Florida! Middle School Reading Leadership Team of the Year • Created and implemented environmental and technology academies to increase school enrollment.

District coordination, implementation, and facilitation of professional development, curriculum design, and assessment for 360 elementary, K-8, middle, and senior high schools • Key initiative: Feeder-pattern vertical articulation and alignment that involved developing and facilitating teacher training for feeder-pattern teams to increase enrollment in advanced science classes.
