Direct the daily operational activities of the council. Assist the CEO in administering the corporate management plan of the council and supporting the work of the volunteers, and staff. Direct the development and implementation of strategies and tactical plans to ensure the successful growth of the organization. Provide executive management in the absence of the CEO.

Direct daily operating activities of the council in areas of program, membership and volunteer services/development. Direct the work of 21 member operating unit and support the work of volunteers. Direct the development of strategies and tactical plans to ensure successful growth of organization. Facilitate Strategic Learning process. Direct organizational risk management initiatives. Work with development department to secure grant and foundation funding. Serve as staff liaison to three board committees.

Supervised 14 membership development and volunteer services staff and multiple office sites across entire council jurisdiction. Cultivated relationships with other institutions and professional organizations to provide support for the Girl Scout program. Participate in the corporate planning process by directing integrated girl and adult membership strategies, activities and budget.

Supervised Community Outreach program and staff responsible for membership extension in under-served areas. Responsible for maintaining and increasing membership in assigned jurisdiction. Directed volunteer teams in development and implementation of recruitment and retention plans and in developing community support for Girl Scouting.

Promoted student and faculty development and education through event planning and execution. Assisted in recruitment of both faculty and students through campus visits, workshops, and open houses.
