Senior Records Specialist
Current- Compile and verify employee service records using employee files, archived records, history paperwork, payroll records, etc
- Assemble administrative employee files according to district requirements ensuring accuracy of the content
- Respond to requests from internal and external agencies regarding employment verification of FWISD employees
- Compile and produce employment verification forms for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas
- Assist customers with daily processes such as completing forms, responding to telephone inquiries, retrieving and reviewing file
- Assists with annual auditing processes of files
