Over my years of experience within the Supply Chain field, my responsibilities have included: ensuring accuracy in products incoming and outgoing of facilities, supervising staff, procurement and maintaining inventory levels. With my experience and knowledge, I noticed inefficiencies in the processes of how some of these tasks were being managed. With my analytical and problem-solving skills, I was able to streamline several processes which helped the efficiencies within the departments.I enjoy a collaborative environment as I thrive on an engaged atmosphere and from my experience it has allowed me to be extremely successful with projects and relationships. Working with teams to solve problem, create proactive approaches and utilize best practices, helps to increase productivity, and employee morale. These positive outcomes push me to seek out additional opportunities for improvements as well as to encourage others to begin looking for process changes within their own responsibility bubble.My extensive experience building strong relationships has been a vital part to managing inventory levels, vendor relationships and creating opportunities for cost savings. My diverse skills and experience shows that I am adaptable, eager to learn and can take on new challenges.
