Successfully launched several overlapping projects, resulting in cost savings and revenue generation of over $3 million annually, including several enhancements to our company websites and technology stack. Some highlights are:• A/P Paperless system – designed and implemented a way to have Accounts Payable move to a paperless process using Oracle Service Cloud. • Ecometry Point of Sale – executed and managed the migration of the companywide point of sale system from one platform to another with zero downtime or defects. • Direct Commerce upgrade – implemented and managed overall company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning upgrade from custom version to base product. • Oracle Service Cloud – Replaced and upgraded existing online Web Chat platform to Tier 1 Oracle Service Cloud platform. • Bluecore – Implemented customer email campaign program and technology to two e-commerce companies using a common platform.
