Mr. Matlock’s primary area of practice with WhittenDonnell was defense of transportation claims. He also has a broad range of arbitration, administrative hearing, and mediation experience where he has achieved favorable settlements for his clients. He is an active member of the Kentucky Bar Association Young Lawyers Division and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
