I am Jens, active in M&A for the past 10+ years. Eventually, I made my way into the Pharma CDMO space, heading Corporate Development and M&A at Swiss-headquartered CordenPharma Group – which is a lot of fun!CordenPharma is supporting leading pharma & biotech companies with a strategic focus on Peptides, Oligonucleotides, customized Lipid Excipients, Lipid NanoParticles, Sterile Injectables, and Small Molecules. Today, CordenPharma Group operates 11 manufacturing sites across Europe and North America and employs around 3,000 employees.Working closely with our PE-owner Astorg, I am building our M&A strategy and target pipeline, evaluating potential acquisition targets and conducting Due Diligence.
