Mandated and successfully carried out a variety of responsibilities within a short time frame of three weeks: overhauled operations and prevented extreme revenue loss, acquired assets, facilities, turf, equipment, insurance and people for the league. Responsible for all operations surrounding the transition to a professional league including budget management, determining KPI’s, creating a long term growth strategy and restructuring for scalability. Marketing included coordination of media buys through radio and social media to increase brand awareness, garnishing 45,000+ viewers and achieving professional status with the National Lacrosse League.Developed relationships with overseas suppliers resulting in 20% cost savings as well as showed a profit growth of $100,000 in the Junior Lacrosse sector of the business, accomplished within four months showing a profit for the first time.

Reporting to the CEO/Managing Director/Chairman, I am involved in crisis management and operations of many diverse enterprises within the portfolio. Industry segments range from, Sports and Entertainment, Security, Fire, Construction Management (Design Build), Forestry/Nursery, and Private Career Colleges. The majority of which are turnaround investments. Operational responsibilities of each company cover fiduciary aspects as well as developing business, marketing and sales strategy. Leading and coaching others in the evolution of servant leadership and the use of operational tools to improve efficiencies and create a culture when the turnaround of a business is possible. Perform due diligence, quantitative, and qualitative evaluations on potential investment opportunities. Immerse myself in the culture and operations of the investment opportunity and produce reports of findings, both of financial and internal operational nature.

Developed and executed yearly budgets including, marketing, sales, and technical services for all accounts. Lead the technical team to develop superior product knowledge and achieve high levels of customer service. Modified an incentive program for the technicians resulted in $100,000 in additional revenues, all the while increasing our customer retention. Acted as a liaison and was responsible for all aspects of project management for select large accounts that spanned over several years. Became the trusted face for large customers to design and carry out large innovative projects.
