The purpose of this role was to assist the Golf Operations Manager with running the daily operation of the golf club, covering the golf course, Pro Shop and Golf Academy. This role also consisted of tournament coordination, whilst supervising the outside operation team.Key responsibilities:• Tournament Coordination from the initial point of contact, event planning stages and running of the event on the day. • Providing weekly schedules ensuring all areas of the operation are covered to meet the demands of the business.• Pace of play management.• Took personal responsibility of renovating the repair workshop which was an instant success which created an additional source of revenue for the Golf Academy and Golf Operation.
