Trackforce Valiant/TrackTik is a PE-backed SaaS business providing Workforce Management solutions.Trackforce Valiant acquired TrackTik in 2022, and theEMPLOYEEapp in 2020 and now has over 350 employees.Responsibility areas include overseeing all aspects of Global Customer Experience (customer success, support, prof services, project management) for four product lines, with team members in the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and South Africa.

theEMPLOYEEapp was acquired by Trackforce Valiant via K1. theEMPLOYEEapp is a SaaS solution that provides companies with distributed teams and deskless workers communicate with and engage their employees.As COO and General Manager my responsibilities spanned all areas of the business including sales, marketing, customer success, product, engineering, HR, and finance.

Scrollmotion is now Ingage.Ingage is a SaaS offering used by businesses to quickly create and share interactive mobile content for sales presentations, portfolios, trade shows and kiosks. Scrollmotion previously also had a significant professional services team (in-house agency) which was spun off.Responsibilities during this period spanned all of customer delivery, support, professional services, customer relations, as well as internal operations and HR.

POSSIBLE (WPP) was a global digital agency of over 1,200 professionals worldwide. In the Americas this was 600 people across major offices in NY, Cincinnati, Seattle, LA, and Costa Rica. Responsibilities spanned Talent, Finance, Client Delivery, Local Office management, as well as client and partner business relationships.POSSIBLE has since been restructured into Wunderman-Thompson and GREY within WPP.

Bridge Worldwide (WPP) was a 300-person digital agency based in Cincinnati which later became part of POSSIBLE. Responsibility areas included Client Delivery, Program Management, Staffing, Performance Management, and People/Organizational Leadership.

BuzzMetrics was a software, analytics, and consulting company in the early stage of social media measurement. We received initial investment from and later a full acquisition by Nielsen. Led Client Delivery, including external (client, relationship, consulting) and internal (people, process, operations) components. Profitably scaling client delivery and client renewals were key drivers of success and company acquisition.
