• Managed operations of the Eastern Division of Lone Star Steakhouse consisting of 40 restaurants with $66 million in sales
• Created, executed and delivered a key remodel market turnaround plan of 280 bps in margin improvements over four periods through stabilizing the people environment and executing strategic COG’s and Labor tactics
