My name is Chris Radford and I am an aspiring 3D animator breaking into the film and game industry. Even if the road is long or comes to a stop, I will be grateful for the experience I gained in animation. Its been many years since I started learning this art form and the drive that I retained from the very start to push myself further. My belief is that animations can be used to breathe life into one's imagination. People, places, and objects that are normally just stationary can be turned into living creatures with their own role in the world. Applying even the slightest amount of movement animates and gives life to the object. Whether it is a character walking, trees swinging in the background, or a scene that flourished with emotions, the simple touch of animation makes all the difference in the world. Learning new techniques and improving my skills keeps me motivated as I think about my career. The knowledge that I have amassed over the years was challenging, but that experience is half the fun. The other half derives from knowing that there is far more out there for me to learn than time will allow. I know that I will never be perfect in my pursuit, but I also know that the journey to an unattainable goal will be filled with those eye-opening moments that make the entire journey worth it.
