• Part of the Urology Leadership Team, responsible for ~$200M revenue, long term strategic andtechnology roadmap planning; as well as due diligence and integration for acquisitions• Worked with cross functional leadership to set Global Business Unit annual strategic direction andbudgets, and driving operational execution resulting in year over year annual growth of 8%• Responsible for $8M budget; 80-100 engineers across Software, Mechanical, Firmware, Electrical,Disposables, Verification and Project Management in both North America & Europe

• Successfully managed the Software Verification & Validation Project of the Airbus A350 Environmental Control System from Preliminary Design Review (PDR) through Certification (CRC)• Actively managed budget of 5.5M, overseeing 40-50 engineers in India, North America and Europe• Participated in audits to ensure project compliance to DO-178B and applicable Airbus ABD’s

• Designed and developed web based solutions for clients in industrial, medical and educational fields using LAMP (Linux, Ajax, MySQL, PHP), and Javascript in a Joomla framework• Successfully launched 3 major platforms and numerous evolutionary projects for clients, including: university medical admission program, university specimen library, and a sales management portal. • Maintained communication with stakeholders through weekly reports and meetings.
