• • Developed and implemented project plans, monitored progress, and mitigated risks to achieve project goals in P15A (Kolkata Class) & P15B (Visakhapatnam Class) projects simultaneously by collaborating with design and operations team at M/s MDL.• Cross platform integration of systems with diverse hardware architecture including IT/Technical Infrastructure Management.• Formulated and shared best practices to align with objectives and quality standards in Indian Navy & streamlined operations to consistently deliver on targets.
