Ensuring delivery, establish release schedules and ensuring stability and reproducibility of production systems.• Proactively managing & developing bioinformatics and genomic analysis projects and proposal from end-to-end, for researchers, scientist and stakeholders. Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues. • Leading project proposal, planning, designing and tracking phases where geographical collaboration is the key. Enabling technical collaboration with scientists, data scientists, software developers, QA/Testing, data governance, warehousing, security, DBA and DevOps team involvedDuties:1. High quality, robust Application designing, Re-design the architecture of scientific computing application. LIMS, Inventory tools, Decision making and tracking development.
