Oversaw Material Master Data in SAP ECC environment with discrete and process manufacturing with quality management. Supported entire Chemicals division ERP processes (sourcing, inventory, production, quality, operations). Worked with operations in SD with order entry and deliveries and in MM for purchasing and inventory management. Worked with production maintaining material masters, BOMs, routings/recipes, inspection plans; supported order creation and if there were any issues through completion of order. Worked with sourcing in PO creation, supply list and purchase info records, MRP to understand and get the timing of the supply signals to enable successful supply to meet customer requirements. Developed costing reports for Supply Chain and Operations for cross period cost review (PUP costing environment). Mentored new employees, primarily teaching them how to see and evaluate PPV in SAP, going back to source at PO Receipt and Invoice Receipt. Submitted tickets to update configuration (material status controls, UM decimal precision to name some specifics).

Implemented SAP ECC ERP for the chemicals division globally and pressure pumping in the US. Worked cross functionally with all SMEs to develop an overall process to deliver the proper materials to the customers at the right time. Primary link with IT for configurations, customizations and load files, leading user testing and validations. Worked with SMEs on the training materials creation as well as the training.

Oversaw divisional IT requirements as a personnel manager, acted as a project manager, created and maintained SOX controls. Used PRISM ERP system and SAP Financials, IDOCs were used to move the data between the 2 (SAP controlled Customer and Vendor Masters; PRISM sent FICO entries to SAP (inventory movements, customer deliveries; customer invoicing; vendor invoicing 3 way match).

Designed and tested the integrations between PRISM and Protean ERP and SAP FICO and CODA Financials. As the only non programmer on the team, my role was setting up and configuring the environments (had SAPALL access), creating the business transactions which would trigger the integrations and validate the financial entries. Systemhouse had already built the middleware, my role was to help create specific uses for the middleware to increase sales of the tool. We used IDOCs to move the data from/into SAP.

Beginning in accounting as an inventory analyst, I wound up in Sweden for2 years as a consolidation officer, coming back to the states as a special projects person. I crossed the bridge into IT/Processes, where I broadened my range of knowledge and learned manufacturing and sales and learned the technical skillset of project management. I was also a part of the SAP implementation team from the finance side.
