Global Smart Selection Program Manager – Commercial Pc Marketing Operations
CurrentSmart Selection program manager responsible for development and maintenance of global Commercial PC Fixed Hardware Configuration (FHC) assortments targeted at SMB segments. Collaborate with global and regional product marketing, component management, and operation teams to plan, launch, and sustain offer assortments that deliver maximum market demand coverage within operational complexity requirements.• Smart Selection offer assortments designed to be pre-built and stocked in direct and commercial channel distribution centers for quick delivery to end customer.• Work closely with product, component, and procurement teams to design ‘best value’ offer assortments and ensure assortment availability and continuity of supply.• Generate global and regional market and competitive analysis using internal and external data to identify market demand trends for platform assortment planning.• Lead regional product and marketing teams in assortment planning with data driven assortment recommendations.• Collaborate with global product and regional marketing teams to manage necessary assortment changes after product launches.• Responsible for driving and assisting global regions to achieve annual Smart Selection business mix goals
