I worked as part of the ADAS Sustainable Food and Farming team bringing together expertise on crop and livestock production systems, policy and economics, and sustainability and resilience in the food chain. Providing advice, consultancy and applied research to the agri-food supply chain with a wide range of clients that include SMEs, processors, retailers and multi-national food and drink companies with international supply chains, levy bodies and Government departments.
