Head of social media marketing and digital content strategy for one of New England's most prominent injury law firms.

I built a scalable enterprise social media program for AlerisLife and its operating divisions Five Star Senior Living and Ageility.

As the first ever social media manager for Firefly Health, a startup virtual primary care and coverage provider, I established a robust social media program focused on generating engagement and site traffic to increase brand awareness. My role included setting overall strategy for paid & organic social, onboarding social media management tools, setting KPIs, and managing a social media content calendar.

I led the creation of community-oriented content to build positive brand reputation, specifically promoting Citizens’ efforts around charitable giving, corporate social responsibility, thought leadership, sponsorships, and experiential marketing events. I set and executed new strategies as well as reimagining how we told stories we had been retelling the same way for years.

I managed several social media channels for a Fortune 500 financial services organization, with heavy focus on creating content that would generate engagement and site traffic. In addition to writing content, I handled daily community management for multiple channels, including both triaging customer service issues and engaging with our audience to build rapport. I also managed a large budget to promote organic social content, in addition to executing ad campaigns for business line partners.

I was initially brought on to handle social media for the only statewide TV news station in New Hampshire. However, as time went on, the role shifted to include a heavy focus on writing news articles for the website. I wrote several stories per day, in addition to posting to social multiple times per hour. I designed most of my own graphics and cut and edited videos to be digestible and engaging on social media. I also developed content strategies and held trainings on social media use for on-air talent.

I served as an interim Communications Assistant for the Corporate Social Responsibility team at Timberland, where my role was to be a project manager for all stages of the story telling process. I assisted in managing an editorial calendar, determining the appropriate content for stories, defining a story outline, working with copywriters on initial drafts, managing the internal review and editing process, working with the Interactive team to upload and proofread published stories, and disseminating stories to the CSR mailing list. I also drafted content for social media messaging.

I was a mathematics tutor at Southern New Hampshire University's Learning Center. My role in the Learning Center was to assist college students in their comprehension of mathematics courses including finite math, statistics, precalculus, and calculus. I provided reinforcement of classroom concepts, assisted in exam preparation, and developed strong study skills among students. I worked as a group tutor during walk-in sessions and as a one-on-one tutor during private sessions. I achieved Level II certification through the College Reading and Learning Association by attending training sessions to sharpen my tutoring skills.

I began my work at The Discovery Communications Group as a Marketing Intern, and I was responsible for assisting in administrative tasks and marketing tasks including social media management, on-site SEO, copywriting, proofing, blogging, etc. As my time at Discovery continued, I became responsible for managing social media for both Discovery and its social media clients. I developed social media strategies to increase followers and engagement rates with the ultimate goal of generating leads. I interacted daily with social networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest.

I worked as an Account Representative at Dyn, Inc, an IaaS company powering DNS and e-mail for enterprise, small business & personal users. I developed and maintained relationships with clients in order to provide the best possible solution and service for enterprise customers. During my time at Dyn, I started up a company soccer team to compete in the New Hampshire Sport and Social Club in order to promote company culture.

As a Staffing Specialist, I recruited and maintained a pipeline of available candidates for supplemental and direct placement positions. I developed customer relationships, generated leads, recruited candidates, and followed a quality control process. I also participated in the creation and implementation of marketing programs.

As a Sales Representative on the Federal team, I was responsible for managing relationships with business partners and customers. I worked with unnamed accounts in the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, which involved researching the agencies and finding new contacts.

I was part of a team responsible for calling former and current in order to profile accounts for the sales team. The purpose of this project was to conduct marketing research for Lenovo. I managed several large databases of more than 1,000 accounts. I consistently generated leads for sales representatives and operated database management tools efficiently. I developed a process to conduct this research which was implemented by the entire team. I was also responsible for presenting results after three months to executives.

As Nimbit's Sales Intern, I was responsible for interviewing all new sign-ups with Nimbit in order to profile accounts. As part of this process I generated leads for the Sales Team.
