Regional Account Manager
CurrentMid-Atlantic (Northeast NC, VA, DC, MD, Southern DE)-Responsible for managing direct and nondirect wholesalers, including key accounts-Responsible for managing regional chain accounts -Present wholesale contracts yearly and ensure Wholesalers perform on all measurables quarterly-Sell in of all new items at wholesale level and oversee promotions and monthly ship to retail-Through use of data analysis (MSAi) and market trends identify areas of opportunities, increase sales across all 3 business units-Lead joint business planning and QBR with meetings-Manage payments for merchandising, promotions, multipack for all retail accounts in timely manner-Manage retail pricing, merchandising, and coordinate with sales teams to enforce expectations and standards-Coaching of RSRs for retail excellence within chains-Participate in trade shows-Effectively work with DSMs, RSRs, RAMs, order processing, marketing-Led training to DSMs and RSRs to assume responsibilities on smaller accounts no longer in my assignment
